SPRING FLING’S “BACK TO THE FUTURE” IS FAST APPROACHING!
HERE’S HOW TO VIEW THE KICK-OFF AND JOIN THE AUCTION.

Friends and family may find the auction at: www.charityauction.bid/cucspringfling2021
It will be ready for viewing on Wednesday, April 14.
Past bidders and members will receive an email about how to register when
the site goes live.

• Find our video kick-off show at https://www.facebook.com/CentralUnitarianChurch/videos beginning at 7 PM on Saturday, April 17.
  You’ll meet our guest speakers, get a glimpse of the auction highlights, and
  laugh with our talented CUC Time Travelers.
• Bidding will take place from 7 PM April 17 until 7 PM April 24 or later if
  competitive bidding adds time. There is an anti-sniping feature in place to
  prevent last-minute “snipes” to win the item. Minutes will be automatically
  added in increments of 10 until the bidding stops.
• If two people wish to attend an event, two bids must be made.
• PROXY BIDDING will also be available. A proxy bid is a private bid that is
  entered (not visible to other bidders) of the highest value that you are willing
  to pay for an Item. If you are the highest bidder at the auction’s close you
  become the winner. As the winner, with proxy bidding, you will only pay the
  lowest possible winning bid which may not actually be the maximum bid you
  bid placed for the item.
• Proxy bidding is NOT available for Items with multiple winners (i.e., dinner
  or movie events).

After the auction Items for pick up will be taken to CUC by Donors, to be
picked up by Winning Bidders.

Drop-Off of Donated Items

• Bring items to the CUC parking lot door.
• Please label items with # from the auction list
• WHEN: Sun. April 25 from 3:00-5:00 or Wed. April 28 from 6:00-8:00
• Masks and Distancing are required

Instructions for Pick-Up of Purchased Items

• Come to the parking lot door at CUC with your receipt
• WHEN: Sun. May 2 from 3:00-6:00 or Wed. May 5 from 6:00-8:00
• Masks and Distancing are required
• If you have not yet paid, (as shown on your receipt and our records) please
  be prepared to pay with cash or check made out to CUC before receiving
  your items.
