Welcome CUC Members to your documents page.  The Communications Team is currently working on a long-term solution to provide members with a secure member-only portal where information can be distributed and shared.

In the meantime, we’ve developed this page to provide access to important CUC documents and to help you find other sources of information regarding Church governance.

Board of Trustee Meetings

  • Board Meetings are always open to members of the congregation. Contact the Board of Trustees at trustees@cucparamus.org if you’d like to sit in on an upcoming meeting or if you have any questions or suggestions for the Board.

Board of Trustees Meeting Minutes

  • A physical copy of the minutes of the monthly Board Meetings are posted on the bulletin board at CUC. Please note that Meeting Minutes are first reviewed and accepted by the Board prior to posting.  Please expect that there may be a lag time of a few weeks between each Board Meeting and posting of the corresponding minutes.
  • Archival copies of all of the Minutes are also available for viewing in the CUC Office. The CUC Office Administrator is available Sunday, 9 a. m. to 1 p.m. and Tuesday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., to assist any who would like to review these office copies.  Members can also contact the Office Administrator at 201-262-6300, ext. 201, or by email to request an electronic copy of past Minutes.  Please include your name and contact information in your email request.
