Social Action Team presents ‘Thirsty for Democracy’

“Thirsty for Democracy: The Poisoning of an American City” is the next documentary presentation of the Social Action Team. The 28-minute film, produced by Democracy Now, focuses on the Flint water crisis. Sally Gellert, a member of the Social Action Team and activist, is the discussion leader. Co-sponsored by the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of the Palisades Social Justice Team and the Social Responsibilities Council of the Unitarian Society of Ridgewood.

Doors open at 7 and refreshments are served. Donations to support this and future Social Action film presentations are gratefully accepted.
