Help support our Bountiful Harvest garden

Are you looking to get involved in Central Unitarian Church’s ‘Bountiful Harvest’ garden, but don’t have a lot of time or gardening skills? Alternatively, did you find yourself picking veggies last year, but going home to the same old supermarket produce? We can help—and you can help Bountiful Harvest at the same time. Church members Lisa and Peter Horton’s daughter Jessica and Jessica’s husband, Justin, have an organic farm, Growing Heart Farm, in Pawling, New York, organized on a community-supported agriculture (CSA) model: They sell shares and half shares in their harvest in advance of growing season, and purchasers are supplied with produce all season long. Full shares are $600 and half-shares are $300. Visit
If Central Unitarian Church individuals and families purchase a total of eight full shares, Jessica and Justin will deliver the produce to our church for pick-up; with the purchase of 15 full shares, they will donate seedlings or seeds to supply our Bountiful Harvest garden, which provides fresh produce to the Center for Food Action.
