Women’s Alliance presents Wellness Program

Enjoy a morning of exercise, yoga, fellowship, and fun at the 4th annual Wellness Program presented by the Women’s Alliance. Lisa Trattner, Physical Therapist, teachesĀ “Fit After 50,” a program of stretching, strengthening, low-impact aerobics, and weight-bearing exercises. Shari Skutnick offers chair yoga instruction.
