April 10: ‘A Millennial Transition’

Two Central Unitarian youth, siblings Asher and Jillian Sosinsky, lead the service on Sunday morning, April 10, at 10:30. Asher’s sermon is entitled “A Millennial Transition.” Growing up in a world where everyone around you is only thinking of “what’s next?” can make it hard to stay focused on being present. Being a part of the millennial generation in addition to being transgender can make being present even more of a challenge. With an open mind, perseverance, self-love, and support it is possible to steer away from the “what’s next?”crowd.

Matt Anderson, Director of Music, debuts his new song “Create,” sung acapella, as part of the April music, worship, and learning theme “creation.” Children and teachers participate in the beginning of the service then depart for Sunday School classes.

Coffee and refreshments follow the service. Childcare for infants and toddlers is provided until 1:30.
