Crumpler Being a Welcoming Congregation in 2021 is not just a program, but radical reformation of who are as an institution, culture, and society! Rev. Michael J. Crumpler works as the LGBTQ and Multicultural Programs Director at the Unitarian Universalist Association. Michael lives in Harlem and is most passionate about intersectional ministry centered in blackness, queerness, HIV/AIDS, economic justice, and emotional well-being.
