All is Change

We gather this Sunday after our congregation-wide retreat on April 30 and May 1.  When so much of our lives seem to be in flux, can we find stability by embracing change?

With Loving Care

This Sunday is Mother’s Day!  We gather to celebrate our experiences of mothers and mothering.  May is also mental health awareness month.  We’ll take time to consider the role mental health plays in each of our lives.

Wherever You Go, There You Are

Expectation and disappointment may be how we experience life; yet actualization and actuality are where we create our experiences.  CUC member John Freund leads our service this Sunday.

All-Ages RE and Youth Sunday

As our Religious Education program comes to a close for the year, we celebrate the children and adult volunteers in our religious education program.  We will also hear from our youth group and hold our bridging ceremony for members who are graduating this year.

Community Sunday – UU Faith Action NJ

Each congregational year, we have three months with five Sundays. This year, we have set aside one Sunday each of those months to both celebrate and support a community partner. This is an opportunity for CUC to use its worship time for us to focus our collective loving kindness and sense of justice on those who share our community. Our community partner this month is UU Faith Action New Jersey.

We will also take time this Sunday to recognize Memorial Day and honor those whose lives have been lost in war.
